چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر باهدف تدوین الگوی بومی توسعه صنعت فوتبال ایران با رویکرد اقتصاد مقاومتی و ارائه مهمترین شاخص توسعه صورت پذیرفت. روش پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و توصیفی- پیمایشی به شیوه آمیخته اکتشافی (کیفی و کمی) میباشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش تمامی خبرگان مطلع از فوتبال هستند که از بین آنها با نمونهگیری تئوریک پس از مصاحبه با 12 نفر اشباع نظری حاصل شد. تأمین روایی ابزار پژوهش از روش ارزیابی لینکولن و گوبا و پایایی ابزار از روش پایایی بازآزمون بود که طی فرآیند تحلیل محتوای کیفی به روش تحلیل مضمون در گامهای ششگانه با رویکرد کلارک و براون (1996) شناسایی سیاستهای توسعه حاصل شد. در بخش کمی بهمنظور شناسایی اولویت شاخصهای توسعه 7 نفر از نمونه آماری پژوهش با روش کل شمار و در دسترس به مشارکت در رتبهبندی به روش تصمیمگیری چندمعیاره OPA پرداختند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که مضامین اصلی سیاستهای بنیادی، کاربردی، ملی و فراملی و مضامین فرعی در قالب سیاست اثربخشی هزینه و توان اقتصادی، بهینهسازی زیرساختها، تقویت استعداد و نخبهگرایی، درآمدزایی و تجاریسازی، شایسته مداری و تخصص رهبری، نواندیشی و آموزش محوری، شفافسازی و سلامت مالی، الگوی توسعه چندبعدی و کلان، برونسپاری و انتقال مدیریت دولتی، حمایتی همهجانبه و هدفمندانه، فرهنگسازی و همبستگی ملی، تمرکز بر توان داخلی و تابآوری، گسترش روابط بینالملل و جهانیسازی میباشند و مهمترین اولویت نیز برونسپاری و انتقال مدیریت دولتی شناخته شد. | ||

The current research was conducted with the aim of compiling The local model of the development of Iran's football industry with the approach of resistance economy and providing the most important indicator of development.. The research method is applied and descriptive-survey in a mixed exploratory (qualitative and quantitative) way. The statistical population of the research is all experts who know about football, among them theoretical saturation was achieved by theoretical sampling after interviewing 12 people. The validity of the research instrument was ensured by the Lincoln and Goba evaluation method and the reliability of the instrument was determined by the retest reliability method, During the process of qualitative content analysis by thematic analysis in six steps with the approach of Clark and Brown (1996), development policies were identified. In order to identify the priority of development indicators, 7 people from the statistical sample participated in the ranking in the qualitative section using the OPA multi-criteria decision-making method. The results of the research showed that the main themes of fundamental, applied, national and transnational policies and sub-themes in the form of cost effectiveness and economic power policy, optimization of resources and infrastructure, strengthening of talent and elitism, income generation and commercialization, meritocracy and expertise Leadership, innovative thinking and central education, transparency and financial health, multi-dimensional and macro development model, outsourcing and transfer of government administration, all-round and targeted support, cultural building and national unity, focus on internal strength and resilience, expansion of international relations. and globalization and the most important priority was the outsourcing and transfer of public administration. | ||
