| چکیده | ||
| هدف: کتابداران برای ادامه حیات در عصر دگردیسی اطلاعات و ارائه خدمات بهینه و مؤثر در این محیط باید به دانش و مهارتهای ویژهای مجهز شوند که به طور کلی بیانگر «سواد اطلاعاتی» است. آشنایی با فنون استفاده از نرمافزارها و سختافزارها، قوانین گزینش و ارزیابی منابع، نظامهای شبکههای اطلاعاتی، توانایی جستوجو در شبکه پایگاهها و بانکهای اطلاعاتی، تسلط بر کار با نرمافزارهای کتابخانهای، توانایی تجزیه و تحلیل مسائل، توانایی انجام پژوهش در حوزه کتابداری و اطلاعرسانی، و توانایی آموزش استفادهکنندگان از جمله این مهارتهاست. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیرات عصر دگردیسی اطلاعات در کتابخانههای عمومی و نقش کتابداران است. روششناسی: روش این پژوهش مروری میباشد. یافته ها: کتابداران باید قبل از ورود به بازار کار این مهارتها را کسب کرده باشند تا هر چه بهتر بتوانند نقش واسطهای خود را میان منابع اطلاعاتی و کاربران ایفا کنند. این وظیفه بر عهده سیستم آموزشی از طریق برنامههای درسی مناسب دانشگاه است تا کتابداران و اطلاعرسانان را برای ورود به عرصه اطلاعات آماده سازد. بحث و نتیجهگیری: گرچه تربیت کتابداران جدیدی که با فناوری نوین اطلاعاتی آشنا و به عنوان متخصص علم اطلاعات و دانش شناسی تربیت شده باشند، بسیار ضروری و مورد نیاز است، اما باید زیرساختهای اطلاعاتی کشور، ارزشی که جامعه برای اطلاعات قائل است، نگرش و طرز برخورد برنامهریزان، سیاستگذاران و تصمیمگیرندگان، درجه رشد فناوری کشور، تغییرات فناورانهای که در شرف وقوع است و درخواستهایی را که از سوی گروههای مختلف استفادهکنندگان نظامهای اطلاعاتی انجام میگیرد، مورد توجه قرار داد. | ||

| Purpose: Librarians to survive in the age of information metamorphis and to serve better and effective service in this environment should be equipped with particular knowledge and skills which expressed as "information literacy". Familiarity with the use of software and hardware techniques, laws of Selection and evaluation of sources, information network systems, the ability to search the Web sites and databases, Mastering the work with library softwares, Ability to analyze problems, the ability to conduct research in the field of library and information science, and the ability to educate consumers Are some of these skills. The purpose of this study is to introducing the impacts of Data Metamorphis on public libraries and the role of librarians. Methodology: This is a reviewed and analyzed research. Findings: Librarians before entering the labor market, must acquire these skills to do better their role between information resources and users. This task is the responsibility of the education system through proper college curriculum, which prepare librarians to enter the field work. Conclusion: While training new librarians who are familiar with new information technology and are trained as information specialists is much needed, the cultural environment that seriously affect the training offered should be considered. Also, information infrastructure of the country, the value society attaches to information, attitudes of planners, policy makers and decision makers, the growth of technology, technological change is happening and requests made by different groups of users should be considered. | ||
