چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر عدالت بر تعهد سازمانی با نقش واسطهای آوای سازمانی در بین کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان اردبیل صورت پذیرفت. روش انجام پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و به روش معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان اردبیل (201 نفر) بود که براساس جدول مورگان و با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده نمونهای به حجم 160 نفر انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامههای عدالت سازمانی نیهوف و مورمن (1993)، تعهد سازمانی آلن و مایر (1999) و آوای سازمانی زهیر و اردوغان (2011) برای جمعآوری دادهها مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از نرم افزار SPSS، روشهای آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون KMO و بارتلت) و برای مدلسازی روابط بین متغیرها از نرمافزار Lisrel استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد اثر مستقیم آوای سازمانی بر تعهد سازمانی معنادار است. همچنین عدالت سازمانی از طریق آوای سازمانی بر تعهد سازمانی اثر غیرمستقیم دارد. بنابراین میتوان نتیجه گرفت عدالت سازمانی و آوای سازمانی از متغیرهای مهم و مرتبط با تعهد سازمانی میباشند. | ||

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of justice on organizational commitment with the mediating role of organizational voice among staff of Sport and Youth administration of Ardabil province. The study method was descriptive and correlational (SEM). The participants of this research comprised all the employees of Sport and Youth administration of Ardabil province and 160 samples were selected using random sampling. Niehoff and Murman Organizational justice questionnaire (1993), Allen and Mayer organizational commitment questionnaire (1999) and Zuhir and Erdogan organizational voice questionnaire (2011) were used to collect the information. SPSS and descriptive method (mean, standard deviation (and inferntial methods (Pearson correlation coefficient, KMO and Bartlett test) and LISREL software was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the direct effect of organizational justic and organizational voice on organizational commitment is significant. In addition, the organizational justic indirectly affects organizational commitment through organizational voic. Therefore, it can be concluded that the organizational justic and organizational voice may be taken into account as one of the important factors leading organizational commitment. | ||
