چکیده | ||
هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی اثر پیشبینی کنندگی مولفههای رفتاری رهبری تحول-مدار بر سرآمدی سازمانی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود. تعداد 265 نفر از کارکنان وزارت ورزش به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب گردید. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه رهبری تحولمدار باس (2003) و پرسشنامه سرآمدی سازمانی EFQM (2003) استفاده شد. تحلیل دادهها به کمک آزمونهای t تکنمونهای، رگرسیون خطی چندگانه و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرمافزارهای SPSS و لیزرل، انجام شد. مطابق نتایج، وضعیت «رهبری تحول مدار» و «سرآمدی سازمانی» در وزارت ورزش بترتیب «نامطلوب» و «متوسط» ارزیابی شد. مولفههای نفوذ آرمانی(78/0)، ملاحظه فردی(73/0)، انگیزش الهامبخش(70/0) و تحریک ذهنی(68/0)، بترتیب بالاترین سهم را در استقرار رهبری تحولمدار در وزارت ورزش و جوانان داشتند. رهبری تحولمدار(72/0) قادر است 84/51 درصد از تغییرات سرآمدی سازمانی وزارت ورزش را تبیین کند. بعلاوه، مولفههای نفوذ آرمانی(61/47 درصد)، ملاحظه فردی(56/43 درصد)، انگیزش الهامبخش(21/37 درصد) و تحریک ذهنی(49/32 درصد) بترتیب بالاترین تاثیر پیشبینی کنندگی را روی متغیر سرآمدی سازمانی وزارت ورزش دارند. همچنین تحلیل شاخصهای برازش مدل تحقیق نشان داد که این مدل دارای برازش مناسب و لذا توانایی بالایی در اندازهگیری متغیر اصلی تحقیق است. نتایج پژوهش حاضر حاکی از توانایی رهبری تحولمدار در پیشبینی سرآمدی سازمانی وزارت ورزش و جوانان است؛ لذا باتوجه به ضعیف بودن سطح رهبری تحول مدار در این سازمان، پیادهسازی و ترویج این سبک رهبری، برای اعتلای سازمانی این وزارتخانه پیشنهاد میگردد. در این میان توجه به مولفههای نفوذ آرمانی و ملاحظه فردی از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردار است. | ||

The purpose of this study was to assess the Predictive Effect of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Transcendence in the Ministry of Sports. 265 peoples were randomly selected from employees of this ministry. The Bass transformational leadership (2003), and EFQM organizational transcendence (2003) questionnaires were used for collecting data. Data analysis was don using single-sample t-test, multiple linear regression and structural equation modeling in SPSS and LISREL. According the results, level of "transformational leadership" and "organizational transcendence" were assessed as "poor" and "average", respectively. Idealized influence (0.78), individual consideration (0.73), inspirational motivation (0.70) and intellectual stimulation (0.68), have highest share in the establishment of transformational leadership, respectively. The transformational leadership (0.72) can explain 51.44% of the organizational excellence changes. Idealized influence (47.61%), individual consideration (43.56%), inspirational motivation (37.21%) and intellectual stimulation (32.49%) had the highest predictive effect, respectively on the organizational excellence. Also, the model has a good fit and a high ability to measuring main variable. The transformational leadership was able to predict organizational transcendence of Ministry of Sports. Therefore, due to the weakness of the transformational leadership in this organization, the implementation of this leadership style, is recommended for organizational transcendence of this ministry. Attention to the idealized influence, and individual consideration, is more important. | ||
